Add on pricing will depend on your picnic size, when filling out the inquiry form you can select which add ons you’re interested in and we’ll include pricing information for each in your quote.

How do I book?

Fill out our inquiry form here. Allow up to 48hrs for us to review your inquiry, and then we will reach out to confirm our availability and provide a price quote. To confirm and reserve your spot we ask for a deposit of half the picnic fee up front, and the other half is sent the day before the picnic. We accept Venmo, PayPal, and Cash App.

What is the cancellation policy?

Since we have held your event date on our calendar (and declined other business), all deposits are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, we are happy to rebook you for a new date if something comes up (and apply any deposits towards this new date)! Please let us know at least 72 hours in advance.

What if the weather isn’t cooperating?

Our picnics happen rain or shine! If you need to cancel or wish to reschedule please see the cancellation policy details above.

Can I leave my picnic early?

During the picnic clients are responsible for our setup items and may not leave them unattended. If you’d like to leave earlier than the end of your scheduled booking time, please give us a 30-minute notice via text or phone call.

What if I’m running late for my picnic?

We reserve the right to pack up if you are more than 30 minutes late. Also, we cannot keep the food fresh and refrigerated if you are running late.
